In 1996, Stephen's family started to develop and build townhouses in Markham, Ontario. Stephen assisted the project and took a role of developing a team of highly praised client service representatives.
In 2001, Stephen decided to take on Real Estate full time and become a licensed salesperson. Working primarily with investors & buyers across the Greater Toronto Area, Stephen earned the prestigious President's Award in his first real estate office within 6 short months. Upon graduating from the University of Waterloo with a double-degree in Mathematics & Business Administration, Sam spent his first three years working on the Bay St at TD Securities and Deloitte Consulting.
